As thermal dissipation requirements approach 400W–500W per CPU and over 700W per GPU, air-cooling systems are reaching their physical limits. The Korvion R&D department is focused on liquid-to-chip cooling architectures. By integrating micro-channel cold plates directly onto processor lids and utilizing clean quick-disconnect manifolds, we prepare our V7 platforms for liquid-cooled deployments, reducing PUE levels down to 1.15.
